酒店满房时预订没关掉该怎么处理

说一个比较接地气的经历。酒店前台夜班遇到 OTA 超卖里出现过系统已经满房,但一个第三方平台还进来两单 confirmed booking,客人半夜到店没房,当时现场不算失控,但继续拖下去肯定会影响客户信任。 我先做了最小范围止损,然后再查原因。我先确认 PMS、channel manager 和 OTA extranet 的库存更新时间,再按 walk guest 流程找同级酒店、安排交通,并把赔付责任记录到渠道工单。这件事之后我更确定,超卖现场先安顿客人,后面再追渠道责任;前台争论谁错没有意义,特别是渠道库存不能靠口头记忆。 给同行的建议很简单:满房日要人工复查高风险渠道的 allotment,夜班也要知道 walk guest 的授权额度。能提前讲清的规则,就不要留到出问题时再解释。酒店同行遇到 OTA overbooking,会优先升级房型还是外送同级酒店?
