今天清洁客户临时加范围,家政排班怎么不把后面单子拖垮

今天上午一个搬出清洁现场,客户到场后临时要求加洗车库和阳台玻璃。阿姨已经按两小时排班,后面还有下一单,如果直接答应肯定延误。我让领班先拍现状照片,把原 scope 和新增项分开报价,客户确认后只做最影响押金的厨房油污和卫生间水垢,车库另约时间。最后既没有免费加活,也没把后面客户拖到晚上。经验是家政服务最怕现场 scope creep,口头说不清会伤双方。建议同行派单前把"包含/不包含"写在短信里,现场新增一定要拍照确认,再调整排班。后来我也让客服把新增服务的价格区间提前发给客户,现场人员不用临时谈价,既保护阿姨时间,也避免客户觉得被坐地加价。我也要求现场人员不要在客户面前抱怨排班紧,先用事实讲清楚新增范围和时间影响,专业感比临时答应更重要。
