一对一辅导错题本怎么做才真的有效

一对一辅导的错题本如果只是把错题抄一遍,学生过两周还是会错。我以前也让学生整理错题,后来发现很多本子写得很整齐,但没有复盘价值。现在我会让学生每道错题只写三件事:当时怎么想的、错在什么类型、下次遇到相似题先检查哪一步。错因不要写太虚,比如"粗心",要拆成看错单位、漏条件、公式选错、步骤跳太快。每周复习时不按章节翻,而是按错因抽题,专门看同一种错误有没有减少。我还会让学生口头讲一遍改法,讲不出来就说明只是照答案抄。复习间隔也要拉开,今天改对了不算掌握,三天后、两周后还能做对才算稳定。低年级学生可以用颜色标签,高年级就直接做错因表。家长问进度时,我也会拿错因变化说话,比单纯说这周做了多少页更有依据。
