课后辅导入学测评怎么做才不误判学生水平

课后辅导做入学测评,不能只拿一张卷子定水平。孩子当天状态、题型熟不熟、家长在旁边催不催,都会影响结果。我以前按分数分班,后来发现有的学生计算没问题,但读题很弱;有的学生会做题,却完全说不清思路。 现在测评我会分三块:基础题看知识缺口,口头讲解看表达和思路,错题追问看是不懂概念还是粗心。低年级还要看坐得住多久,能不能听完指令再动笔。这些比一个总分更能判断后面怎么教。 给家长反馈时也别只说"基础薄弱"。我会写两三条具体观察,比如乘法表熟但应用题读题慢,或者拼音能认但朗读断句乱。家长看到具体问题,后面配合度会高很多。
