培训机构试听课转化怎么记录

试听课转化记录不能只看有没有报名。前台要记来源渠道、孩子年龄或学员目标、试听老师、课堂反馈、家长顾虑和下一次跟进时间。试听后最好当天回访,内容不要只问要不要报名,而是针对课堂表现说具体建议。价格、时间、距离、效果不确定这些顾虑要分开写,后面跟进策略完全不同。老师也要给一段简短评价,招生同事才不会空口推销。记录细了,月底复盘能看出哪个渠道来的学员更匹配。试听课后跟进不要拖太久,家长或学员的印象会很快淡。当天记录、当天回访、两三天后再跟一次,节奏比月底统一打电话自然。招生靠细节,不靠死追。教育培训的跟进要能看出学生或学员的真实卡点。只看完成没完成太粗,最好记录原因、提醒方式和下一次动作。老师、运营、家长或学员才会接在同一条线上。
