酒店夜审工作怎么做?房费差异和押金对账经验

夜审这活,外面看就是点几下系统,真做过才知道,最怕的是白班留下来的小差异。房价改过没备注,押金退了系统没关,客人换房但房态没跟上,夜里一跑报表就全冒出来。 我以前刚接夜审时,急着把流程跑完,结果第二天早班追着问一堆。后来我养成先看异常,再跑结账。当天入住、延住、换房、手动改价、现金押金、第三方预付,这几类先扫一遍,能当晚问清的别拖到第二天。 夜审不是把数字硬凑平。差异从哪里来,谁批准的,备注有没有写清楚,这些比报表漂亮更重要。尤其是满房周末,前台忙起来容易省备注,夜里不补清楚,第二天客人退房就会卡。
