一对一辅导的错题本如果只是把错题抄一遍，学生过两周还是会错。我以前也让学生整理错题，后来发现很多本子写得很整齐，但没有复盘价值。现在我会让学生每道错题只写三件事：当时怎么想的、错在什么类型、下次遇到相似题先检查哪一步。错因不要写太虚，比如"粗心"，要拆成看错单位、漏条件、公式选错、步骤跳太快。每周复习时不按章节翻，而是按错因抽题，专门看同一种错误有没有减少。我还会让学生口头讲一遍改法，讲不出来就说明只是照答案抄。复习间隔也要拉开，今天…
