电商大促前 SKU 价格怎么检查

大促前价格检查不能只看前台页面。要把平台活动价、店铺券、满减、会员折扣、运费和税费一起算,不然容易出现亏本单。SKU 多的时候,用表格拉出原价、成本、最低成交价、库存和活动规则,先筛毛利异常。变体产品要特别看颜色尺码是否漏设,套装和赠品也要核。上线前用几个真实地址试下单,看最终付款金额和后台订单金额是否一致。价格错一次,客服和财务都会跟着救火。价格表最好让运营和财务各看一遍。运营看活动逻辑,财务看毛利和费用。两边角度不同,能提前拦住不少错误。大促当天再发现价格错,代价会很高。电商问题看似在线上,最后都会落到库存、价格、客服和履约。处理时我会把平台记录和内部动作对上,不只看前台页面。链路对齐,客户体验才稳。
