大促前优惠券叠加出错,我怎么提前发现毛利漏洞

电商大促前最危险的不是没流量,而是规则叠加把毛利打穿。之前我们做周末促销,满减、会员券和 bundle discount 同时开,测试单看起来都能下,财务却发现几个 SKU 接近亏本。问题出在 discount stacking,系统允许会员券叠加到已经打包优惠的套装上。 我后面把 promo calendar、SKU margin、coupon rule、excluded collection 和 shipping threshold 放到一张检查表里。每次活动前用测试账号下单,覆盖低价 SKU、高运费地区、bundle、订阅商品和退货场景。发现风险后,不是简单关券,而是按毛利区间设置 exclusion 和最低订单金额。 给同行的建议是,运营不要只看 GMV 和转化率。活动前把毛利、库存、履约成本和退款风险一起算,尤其是多个 app 同时管折扣时,一定要做真实下单测试。
