今天 CRM 线索热度很高却没人跟进,我怎么补掉队流程

今天销售例会发现一批 demo request 热度很高,但没有进入 SDR 队列。市场同事以为是销售没看,我查了 HubSpot workflow、lead score 和 owner assignment,发现表单新增了一个 industry 字段后,旧规则没有覆盖这个选项,线索卡在 unassigned。处理上先手工分配当天线索,再补 workflow 分支和 SLA 提醒,最后把每周抽查项加上 no-owner leads。经验是商务拓展漏跟进很多时候不是人懒,是自动化规则有盲区。建议同行每次改表单或字段,都跑一遍端到端测试,不要只看表单能提交。我还把漏分配线索做成一个 saved view,每天早上自动发给 sales ops。线索热不热是一回事,有没有 owner 才决定能不能被跟进。
