CRM 线索交接后没人跟进怎么补流程

说一个比较接地气的经历。B2B 销售团队跑 webinar leads里出现过市场部说线索很多,销售却说质量差,查下来不少 hot lead 三天没人打电话,当时现场不算失控,但继续拖下去肯定会影响客户信任。 我先做了最小范围止损,然后再查原因。我先把 lead source、score、owner assignment 和 first touch time 拉出来,发现 routing rule 周末没有触发,部分线索停在 marketing queue。这件事之后我更确定,线索质量争论没意义,先看是否按时分配、按时首触、按时记录结果,特别是SLA不能靠口头记忆。 给同行的建议很简单:MQL 到 SQL 要有明确 SLA,自动分配失败必须报警,不要靠周一人工捞。能提前讲清的规则,就不要留到出问题时再解释。你们销售线索超过多久没首触就算失效?
