What on-site inspections cannot be skipped before concrete pouring?

When doing civil work, that pre-pour inspection really can't be just a formality. Formwork, rebar, embeds, slopes, drainage—if even one item isn't checked properly at the time, it won't be a small problem after the pour is finished.
