Drink remake policy in a busy coffee shop

Drink remakes used to turn into arguments at our counter. A customer would say the latte tasted wrong, the barista would defend the recipe, and the line behind them would get tense. I do not let that conversation happen in the middle of rush anymore. If the drink is clearly wrong, remake it fast and move on.
