诊所预约系统怎么减少爽约和重复登记

小诊所预约系统最头疼的不是功能少,而是每个人录入习惯不一样。有人按英文名建档,有人按中文名备注,有人用家属电话预约,时间一久就出现重复患者、保险信息过期、短信提醒发错人的情况。我们最近在改流程,想把预约前核对做得更轻一点:电话、生日、保险状态、就诊原因、是否需要带报告,先固定成几个必填点;新患者可以先建临时档,但到诊后必须合并到正式档,不能一直留两个记录。爽约提醒也不能只靠一条短信,最好能区分首次患者、复诊、需要预留设备的项目。现在纠结的是提醒太多会打扰患者,提醒太少又影响排班。系统里如果能看到上次爽约、迟到、临时取消的记录,前台排时间会更有把握。候补名单也要有人负责维护,不然空出来的时段没人补。同行一般怎么设置确认短信和候补名单?重复档案是前台合并,还是后台定期清?
