在线课批改作业最耗时间的不是看答案，而是反复解释同一个问题。我以前每份作业都写长评语，学生看不完，老师也撑不住。后来我把批改流程拆开：先用统一rubric标出知识点、完成度和常见错误，再只给一条最该改的建议。重复出现的问题录成两三分钟短视频，直接贴时间点，让学生自己对照改。对编程、设计、语言类作业，我会要求学生提交修改说明，不然老师批完下一次还是从头来。批改时间也要分批，不要等全部交齐才看，先抽一批就能发现这周课件哪里讲得不清楚。LM…
