The torque data doesn't match the VIN today. How do I mitigate the loss on the final assembly line?
Today, there was a torque traceability alarm for a vehicle on the final assembly line. The system showed the station was complete, but the record was bound to the previous VIN. The cycle time on the floor is very tight, and the biggest fear is letting it pass just to keep the line moving.
