本地服务的报价单不能只写一个总价。客户当时觉得简单,真正开工后才发现范围没说清,最后就是谁都觉得自己吃亏。 我后来报价会把四块写明白:这次做什么、不做什么、材料或配件怎么算、现场条件变了怎么加价。比如只写"安装服务费"很容易出问题,墙体开孔、旧件拆除、搬运距离、停车费用,这些现场成本不提前说,后面开口就像临时涨价。 最好把现场照片和客户确认的要求一起留在单子里,哪怕只是短信确认也比口头强。小活更要写清楚,因为小活利润薄,来回解释一次,时间就没了。
