3PL 拣货少件怎么用工单照片追到扫描节点

今天客户说收到的套装少了一个配件,3PL 系统显示订单已完整发货。客服如果只回"仓库确认无误",客户肯定不接受;但直接补发又可能掩盖流程问题。 我先把订单的 pick scan、packing station photo、包裹重量和 shipping label 拉出来对。系统里主 SKU 扫描成功,但配件是 kit component,没有单独强制扫描;打包照片角度又只拍到外盒,看不到配件袋。我们让 3PL 调出当班工位记录,确认确实少放后先补发客户,同时把该 kit 改成 component scan required,并要求高投诉 SKU 拍 close-up 照片。 履约经验是,少件问题要追到扫描节点,不要停在订单状态。建议同行对套装、赠品、易漏配件设置强制扫描和重量差异报警,客服工单里也要能看到照片和重量,不然每次都只能靠猜。
