电商售后工单标签怎么设置才好查

电商售后工单标签如果只写"已处理""客户问题",后面基本查不出东西。真正有用的标签,应该能让客服、仓库、运营一眼知道问题在哪个环节,不然每周复盘都是凭感觉,退货原因也会越看越模糊。 我会把标签分成几层:物流类、商品类、页面信息类、仓库操作类、客户误拍类。物流类再细到未揽收、轨迹停滞、派送失败、签收争议;商品类分少件、错件、破损、尺寸不符、说明不清。标签不要多到坐席不想选,但也不能只剩几个大类。每个标签最好配一条处理口径和需要截图的位置。 标签设置完还要定期清理。某个标签一个月没人用,可能是多余;某个 other 占比太高,说明分类不够细。新人培训时也要讲标签怎么选,不然数据很快变脏。你们售后工单标签,是客服主管维护,还是运营也一起看?
