Package handling is mostly rhythm and bad labels

In parcel work, speed matters, but rhythm matters more. The slowdowns usually come from labels that will not scan, boxes taped over barcodes, and people loading heavy stuff where it blocks the next ten packages. What helped me was checking the problem pieces early instead of letting them pile up at the end. If a box needs relabeling or the address looks wrong, I would rather lose thirty seconds…
