家政上门服务怎样做检查清单

家政上门最怕客户和阿姨对"打扫干净"的理解不一样。接单前我会把厨房油污、浴室水垢、玻璃、地板、柜内整理这些项目拆开,让客户勾选重点和禁区。进门后先拍工作前状态,贵重物品和易碎品让客户确认位置。完成后不要只说做完了,按清单逐项检查,现场能补的马上补。遇到超出范围的深度清洁,要先报价再做,别事后争。清单看着麻烦,但能减少差评和扯皮。服务结束后我会让客户先看重点区域,再签确认。客户不在家时,照片按区域发,不要一股脑丢十几张。清单和照片配起来,客户知道钱花在哪里,阿姨也不容易被误解。门店类问题我会尽量让记录贴近一线动作,别只写管理层听得懂的话。谁在什么时间做了什么、客户当时怎么反馈,这些细节留住了,培训和复盘都更落地。
