景区无障碍通道安排不好,入口再快也会乱。轮椅客人、老人、小孩推车、临时受伤的游客,动线如果和主排队线混在一起,前面一堵,后面工作人员也解释不清。 我以前见过无障碍入口有牌子,但没人负责引导,结果游客排错队,到检票口才被退回去。现在我更愿意在外侧提前分流,标识要放在游客真正做决定的位置,不是贴在门口最后一米。坡道、闸机宽度、陪同人数、票务核验方式都要提前和前台说清。忙的时候可以安排一个人专门处理特殊通行,别让扫码员一边验票一边解释规则。…

景区票务断网的时候,最怕前台一边扫不出来,一边还让游客堵在入口等。系统恢复可能要十分钟,也可能半小时,入口不能只靠一句"网络不好"。 我们后来把断网预案拆得很细:当天预约名单提前导出一份,扫码设备保留离线缓存,手环或纸质票要有时间段标记,人工放行必须写票号后四位和人数。不是每个人都能手动放行,最好指定一两个员工处理,其他人继续维持队列。 断网期间收现金和临时补票也要小心,票根、金额、班次要对应上,不然后台恢复以后账会对不上。入口快一点…
