门店补货不能只靠员工看到空格子才去仓库找货。这样做最容易晚一步,热门 SKU 已经断在顾客面前,冷门货却一直占着后仓位置。我后来比较习惯把补货拆成三个动作:开店前看系统低库存,午后看实物货架,闭店前看当天动销。 重点不是把所有商品每天数一遍,而是盯高周转、促销端架、尺码颜色容易断的货。系统库存有时候会被退货、损耗、调拨拖偏,所以看到货架少了,不要只信系统还有几件,最好顺手查后仓位置和上一笔销售时间。 补货车也要按动线排,不然员工推着车…

价签错价一般不是收银台那一刻才出问题,前面已经漏了好几步。促销开始、结束、临时降价、同款不同规格,这几个地方最容易出差错。 我后来习惯在促销切换当天早班先抽半小时查重点货架,不是全店乱扫,而是盯端架、收银旁、清仓区和高频投诉 SKU。系统价、货架标签、海报价、移动端价格最好放在一起核一次,看到不一致先拍照留底,再改标签,别靠口头说"等会处理"。 还有一个小细节,换下来的旧价签不要随手塞进抽屉,很多错价就是旧标签又被新人拿出来用了。我们…
