电商退货退款怎么处理不吃亏

电商客服最难的是退货退款,不是回复话术。以前客户一急我就先道歉补偿,后来发现要先把责任点分清:物流延误、尺码问题、商品瑕疵、买家误拍,处理方式不一样。能换货就别急着退全款,能给清楚时限就别含糊。客服稳住一单,履约压力也少很多。
