Shopify Markets currency rounding bug: how I tested it before launch

Before launching a new Shopify Market, we found a small rounding issue that would have created ugly totals at checkout. Product prices looked fine on the PDP, but discounts and tax-inclusive pricing produced one-cent differences between cart, checkout, and the order confirmation.
