直播间有人看但没人下单,很多时候不是主播不努力,是货盘和讲解节奏没接住。 我会先看前三分钟:有没有把价格、痛点、使用场景讲清楚,优惠是不是太绕,链接里的规格会不会让人选半天。观众刷过去很快,犹豫十秒基本就走了。 直播电商别只盯在线人数。真正要看的是停留、点击、加购和成交断在哪一段。只喊"最后一波"没用,用户不知道为什么现在要买,喊再多也只是热闹。
