K12分层教学怎么做才不拖慢课堂进度

K12 做分层教学,最容易踩的坑是把一节课拆成三节课。以前我给不同水平学生准备三套材料,结果课堂上一直在切换说明,快的学生等,慢的学生更慌,老师也忙到没法观察真正的问题。 后来我改成同一个任务、三层出口。基础层必须完成核心步骤,进阶层多一个判断题,挑战层才加开放题。讲解只讲共同部分,差异放在任务卡和检查点里。这样课堂节奏不会散,学生也不会一眼看出谁拿的是"简单版"。 真正有用的是课后看错题分布,不是看谁做得最多。哪一步全班都卡住,下一节先补;只有几个人卡住,就放到小组或课后单独处理。
