K12形成性评价怎么做才看得出学生真会了

我在K12课堂里做形成性评价时,后来不再把小测当成一张分数单。分数只能告诉我谁错了,不能告诉我为什么错。现在我会把一节课的目标拆成两三个可观察动作,比如能不能解释概念、能不能独立套用、能不能发现例外。课堂中间用一分钟出口题,不求题量大,只看关键误区。批改时我会给错误做简单编码:概念没懂、步骤漏了、读题偏了、表达不清。这样第二天备课就不是凭感觉补课,而是看哪个错误最多。我还会把结果分成两类:当天能调整的,马上换例子重讲;需要积累的,就放到下周小组练习里。记录表也不用复杂,一页纸记学生名字、误区代码和下一步动作就够。对学生也一样,我不会只写"再认真点",会告诉他下一次先检查哪一步。形成性评价做得细,老师少猜,学生也少被分数吓住。
