Food processing work is harder when the line keeps stopping

Food processing is not just standing there packing boxes. The line stops, starts, speeds up, slows down, and everyone has to adjust without making a mess. The cold room was rough at first. Your hands get stiff, gloves get wet, and small problems feel bigger when the supervisor is watching the count.
