职业培训实操考核评分表怎么做更公平

职业培训的实操考核,如果只写"完成项目"四个字,最后很难公平。学员会觉得老师凭感觉打分,老师自己也解释不清为什么一个人 85 分,一个人 70 分。 我后来把评分表拆成几个能现场看到的动作:准备是否齐、步骤顺序是否对、安全要求有没有漏、成品能不能稳定复现、遇到错误会不会自己排查。每一项只给简单等级,不写太多漂亮话。考核时边看边打,不等做完以后凭印象补分。 还有一点很关键,评分表要提前给学员看。不是泄题,而是让他们知道行业里真正看的是什么。这样考核不像临时抽查,更像一次接近岗位要求的练习。
