职业培训课程SOP怎么写才方便新讲师接手

职业培训课程如果全靠老讲师的经验,新人接手时很容易变味。以前我带过一个实操班,同一套课换了老师以后,学员反馈差很多,后来才发现课件一样,但演示顺序、提醒的安全点、常见错误处理都没写清楚。我现在写课程SOP会分成三层:课前准备、现场演示、学员练习。课前写设备、材料、账号、备选方案;演示部分写每一步为什么这么做,哪些地方必须停下来确认;练习部分写老师要巡查什么,而不是只写"自由练习"。最有用的是把常见错误单独列出来,附上现场纠正话术和判断标准。新人第一次上课前,我会安排他按SOP走一遍模拟课,旁听的人只记录哪里不清楚。每次试教后再把学生卡住的地方补回SOP,版本号和修改原因也留下。这样新讲师不用猜老老师怎么教,课程质量也不靠个人状态。
