如何在零售店处理客户投诉

那次改变了我零售工作方式的投诉,是因为系统不允许退货。我一直强调公司政策,结果客户声音越来越大。后来经理把我拉到一边说,首要任务是平息怒火,而不是证明规则。从那以后,我开始复述客户遇到的实际问题,在说"不"之前先确认我能做什么,并在排队开始变长时尽早呼叫主管。大多数客户并不需要奇迹,他们只是需要感觉到有人没有在敷衍他们。
