保险跟进是大多数保单成败的关键

我刚开始接触保险销售时,以为最难的部分是解释保险范围。这固然重要,但真正的功夫其实都在跟进上。人们索要报价后就消失了,因为他们可能正在对比三家代理商,处理续保通知,或者只是厌倦了阅读保单条款。 对我最有帮助的做法是记录客户真正关心的问题,而不仅仅是保费。有的家庭关心青少年驾驶员;有的承包商关心能否快速向工地发送证明;有的店铺老板则关心不要被免责条款"突袭"。如果跟进内容听起来像是对真实对话的回顾,他们就会回复;如果听起来像模板,他们就会直接忽略。 我还学会了不要过度推销。坦诚地说明"这个不保那个",比假装每份保单都完美无缺更能建立信任。
