商业保险续保保费上涨怎么跟客户解释

商业保险续保涨价,客户第一句通常是"我今年也没出事,为什么还涨"。只说市场涨了没用,客户听起来像借口。我后来会把续保拆成几个能看懂的点:行业费率、loss run、营业额或payroll变化、车辆和driver list、保额、免赔额,还有carrier今年对这个class code的胃口。 有一次餐饮客户续保涨得很明显,表面看是carrier提价,细查还有营业额上调、厨房设备估值没更新、去年一笔小赔案还挂在loss run里。提前两个月把资料清干净,至少还有时间找备选方案。等到到期前一周才解释,客户只会觉得你在通知他接受结果。 我现在做续保会先把"可控"和"不可控"分开讲。可控的是资料、风险改善、保额结构;不可控的是市场和承保口径。客户不一定喜欢涨价,但他能看见你不是临时甩一个数字过来。
