小电商团队供应商交期怎么跟进才不误单

小电商团队跟供应商交期,不能只在微信里问一句"什么时候发"。对方回个"快了",听起来有进展,实际可能还没排产。等店里开始缺货,再追已经很被动。 我后来会把供应商跟进拆成几个节点:下单确认、物料到位、生产开始、质检时间、装箱出库、物流提货。每个节点都要有日期,不要只写状态。遇到旺季或者工厂排单紧,提前问产能和最晚改数量时间,比临时加急靠谱。 同一个 SKU 最好有备选方案,不一定马上换供应商,但包装、配件、替代规格要先知道能不能接上。交期表看着普通,其实会影响广告、补货和客服承诺。供应商晚一天,前台可能就是断货三天。采购和运营最好共用同一张表,不然运营还在放量,采购那边其实已经知道货赶不上了。关键节点用日期说话。
