烫发软化不能只看药水说明书上的时间。以前我也按 12 分钟、15 分钟去等，结果遇到粗硬发不够卷，遇到漂过的发又容易发虚。后来我更看发丝状态：拉伸有没有弹回、卷杠后弧度稳不稳、发尾是不是开始发棉。 现在做之前先问客人半年内漂染和拉直记录，发尾受损明显的地方单独降强度，不会整头一个药水走到底。检查软化时也不只摸表面，要挑内层和后脑几束看。软化不到位，卷出来松；软化过了，吹干后毛躁还掉弹性。粗硬发可以给足时间，但中途一定要拆一两束看，不要…

漂发后的断裂不能只看表面毛躁。我以前接过一个客人，发尾摸起来干，但真正危险的是湿发一拉就发软回不去，这种状态再上冷棕或雾感色，很容易当场断。那次我没有急着接色，而是先做发束测试，把能承受的明度讲清楚。 后来遇到类似情况，我会先看三件事：湿发弹性、断点位置、以前漂过几次。能修的先做酸性护理和键结类护理，颜色只做低氧补色；不能修的就先剪掉最虚的发尾。客人想要照片效果可以理解，但发质撑不住时，发型师硬做出来的不是作品，是返工风险。
