公交靠站看着简单，新手最容易不是离站台太远，就是后轮吃到路沿。我的习惯是进站前先把车身摆直，别快到站牌才猛打方向。看右镜时不要只盯前门，要顺便看后轮和站台线，尤其是雨天、站台有自行车或者路边停了私家车的时候。靠得好不好，乘客上下车能马上感觉出来，轮胎和轮毂也少受罪。

开公交遇到难缠乘客，最怕自己先上头。乘客吵、骂、拍视频，后面一车人又在等时间，那个压力不是坐办公室能理解的。 我现在基本不跟人争长短，先把车停稳，能按规矩提醒就提醒，涉及安全马上报 dispatch。不要为了证明自己有理，把车门开着僵在那里十几分钟。路线一拖，后面班次全乱，投诉最后还是算到司机头上。 你们那边公司对这种情况支持够不够？有些规则写得很漂亮，真出事还是司机自己扛，这点挺现实。
