小车队最怕车子带病上路，问题不大但刚好卡在接送途中。我们以前只看油量和钥匙，后来漏过一次刹车灯，才把日检表做细。现在出车前固定看胎压、灯光、雨刷、仪表报警、车内清洁、行车记录仪和里程，司机交接时签一下。表不用做得很复杂，但每天同样顺序走一遍，很多小毛病能提前拦住。

小车队做接送派单，最容易出问题的是"以为司机知道"。地址变了没人说，乘客临时提前，车子油不够，上一单晚了十分钟，后面一串全乱。 我这边看过比较稳的做法，是每个早班先确认车辆、油量、钥匙、路线和备用司机。派单别只看距离，还要看司机熟不熟那片、客户会不会等、有没有固定特殊要求。调度如果只靠微信群喊，很快就会漏。 做 shuttle、非急救接送、短途转运的同行，你们现在用系统派单还是人工排？人工排到一定车数以后，漏单真的很难避免。
