品牌营销方案客户一直改怎么办

做创意营销最累的不是想点子,是客户内部没对齐。今天老板说要高级感,明天销售说要直接一点,后天又有人加一句"能不能更年轻"。方案越改越像拼出来的。 我现在会先把主信息压成一句话,再问谁最终拍板。没有拍板人,会议再多也只是收集意见。 还有一点,能用案例对齐就别只讲感觉。不然"高级""年轻""有冲击力"每个人理解都不一样。 做品牌、广告、营销的同行,遇到客户反复改方向,你们一般怎么把节奏拉回来?
