如何处理美容预约中客户迟到的问题

过去,为了挽救每一个预约,客户迟到总是会打乱我一整天的安排。问题在于,这会让下一位客户为此买单。对我来说更有效的方法是:在预订前告知迟到政策,一旦时间过了,就坚持提供缩短的服务。如果客户想要完整的服务,他们可以重新预约。起初这感觉很严苛,但这样一天的安排会更顺畅,老客户也会更尊重时间。
