How I tag jobsite delivery photos so claims are easier later

A supplier delivered the wrong material size to a small job, and the first photos did not settle the dispute. We had pictures of wrapped bundles, but no clear shot of the label, PO number, delivery ticket, or where the material was staged. The crew knew it was wrong. The evidence was weak.
