小公司月度现金流表怎么做

小公司看利润表不够,现金流表最好每月滚动做。收入不要只按发票算,要按预计到账日期拆开;支出也分固定、可推迟和一次性项目。工资、房租、税、保险这些先锁住,再看供应商账期和客户回款。表格不用复杂,但要有期初现金、预计流入、预计流出、期末余额和风险备注。看到某周余额可能低,就提前催款或谈延期,不要等银行余额见底。老板能看懂的现金流表,比一堆会计科目更有决策价值。现金流表最好和实际银行余额每周对一次,别等月底。账面预计和真实到账总会有差异,差异越早发现,越容易调整采购、招聘或营销支出。小公司现金比面子增长更要紧。金融和商务类工作最怕口头处理完没有痕迹。金额、客户确认、审批人、下一步责任都要写清。记录不是为了复杂化,而是让后面审计、交接和客户解释都有依据。
