It depends a lot on whether you are career or still non-career. Once you make career, the big pieces are health coverage, annual/sick leave, TSP with match, FERS pension, and job stability. I would not count the postal vehicle as a "perk" though. That is just the tool for the route. The real tradeoff is benefits versus long days, forced overtime, and how your station is staffed.
