跨境电商物流时效不稳定,客户投诉怎么处理

跨境单最麻烦的不是发货,是客户每天问"为什么还没到"。物流轨迹一断,客服说什么都像借口,差评很容易跟着来。 我现在会把几个节点提前写清楚:出库时间、承运商首扫、清关可能延迟、当地派送。不是为了甩锅,是让客户知道这个包裹卡在哪一段。能补发就早判断,别拖到客户已经不信任你。 跨境电商别只看运费便宜。便宜线路如果丢件率高、更新慢,最后省下来的钱基本都会从退款和差评里还回去。
