电商运营每天看哪些数据,别只盯销售额

做运营久了会发现,销售额是结果,不是原因。只看今天卖了多少,很容易错过真正出问题的地方。 我每天会先看转化率、广告花费、退款、库存天数和缺货风险。新品如果点击不错但转化差,先查价格、评价和主图;老品如果销量突然掉,先看排名、竞品价格和广告位有没有变化。 运营最怕数据看很多,但没有动作。每个指标后面都要能落到一个处理:改图、控广告、补库存、停掉亏钱词,或者干脆承认这个品该下架。
