小电商团队数据对账怎么避免越算越乱

小团队做电商,对账乱起来很快。平台订单一套数据,广告后台一套,物流和退款又各有各的口径。大家都觉得自己表没错,最后算利润的时候对不上。 我后来先统一几个基础字段:订单号、SKU、渠道、广告花费、物流成本、退款原因、实际到账。不要一开始就追求报表多漂亮,先保证同一单在每张表里能对得上。尤其是退款和平台费用,漏一块利润就会虚高。 对账这事看着不算运营,但它会影响选品、广告和补货判断。账不清,后面所有优化都容易变成凭感觉。
