跨境电商被拒付怎么办?我整理 chargeback 证据包的做法

前阵子有一笔欧洲订单让我印象挺深。客户下单的是小件配件,后台显示已经签收,过了十几天银行那边来了 chargeback,理由是 item not received。客服第一反应是把物流截图发过去,但我看了一下,客户看到的跨境主单号确实停在清关后没有更新,真正的本地派送单号藏在承运商二段轨迹里。这个如果只回一句"已签收",基本赢不了争议。 我先把 Shopify order timeline、支付网关里的 dispute reason code、3DS/AVS 结果、发货时间、tracking event、本地承运商 POD、客服邮件记录都拉到同一个文件夹。然后按时间线整理:什么时候下单、什么时候出库、什么时候清关、什么时候转交 last mile、谁签收。最后提交的是一份完整 evidence packet,不是几张零散截图。我们还顺手改了客服工单模板,遇到跨境单必须同时贴主单号和本地派…
