地接接机流程怎么安排不容易漏客

接机看着就是举牌等人,真做起来最容易漏在信息交接。一个航班改航站楼、一个客人手机没开漫游、一个司机只拿到英文名,现场就乱了。 我做地接接机时,会把乘客姓名、航班号、落地时间、航站楼、联系电话、语言要求和行李数量放在同一张表里。司机出发前再核一次航班状态,不只看计划到达时间,还要看实际落地和行李转盘信息。团队分批到的时候,每批都要有单独联系人,不能只写一个总负责人。 客人没出来不要只靠司机在群里说"没看到"。至少要留通话记录、短信截图和等待时间,后面客诉或改派车才有依据。
