How to write an ecommerce SOP that a small team will actually use

A lot of ecommerce SOPs fail because they are written like policy documents instead of work instructions. The owner writes ten pages, uploads it somewhere, and a week later the team is still asking in chat how to refund an order, update a listing, or handle a supplier delay.
