邮轮岸上观光最怕集合时间说得含糊。客人下船以后看到商店、拍照点、洗手间，很容易以为还有时间，真正集合时少一个人，全车都跟着等。邮轮行程和普通地接不一样，误了船不是简单改下一班车。 我安排岸上项目时，会把船上时间和当地时间先确认清楚，再把集合点写成客人能看懂的位置，不只写一个码头名字。导游最好提前拍集合点照片发给客人，回程时间要比最后登船时间留出缓冲。分车时名单、房号、联系电话也要对上，别只靠口头点名。自由活动前我会再说一次最晚集合时间…
